DBIMA Paris Film School Students

Enter Final Post-Production Phase

EVENT 2 – July, 2026

Following months of intensive filming, students at DBIMA Paris Film School will enter a crucial stage of their academic year as they begin post-production on the school’s 32 student films.

Throughout the month of July, editing suites, sound studios, and post-production facilities will operate at full capacity as students work to complete their projects before the July 24 deadline.

The final films will undergo editing, sound design, colour grading, visual effects, subtitling, and final mastering in preparation for evaluation.

The completion of these films represents the culmination of an entire academic year and is an essential requirement for validating each student’s end-of-year project.

Having developed their ideas from script to screen, students must now transform their raw footage into polished productions that demonstrate both creative vision and technical excellence.

DBIMA’s hands-on approach ensures every student experiences the complete filmmaking process — from pre-production and shooting to the final stages of post-production.

The month of July is one of the most demanding yet rewarding periods of the academic year, as students, faculty, and mentors collaborate to bring 32 unique stories to completion.

As the countdown to July 30 begins, these final productions will showcase the talent, diversity, and creativity that define DBIMA Paris Film School.
