Summer Break

At DBIMA Paris Film School, we believe that learning does not stop when classes end. For filmmakers, holidays are more than a time to rest—they are an opportunity to observe, travel, meet new people, discover different cultures, and find inspiration for future stories.

Every great film begins with an idea, and often those ideas are found in everyday experiences. Whether exploring a new city, spending time with family, or simply watching the world around us, holidays can become a valuable source of creativity and storytelling.

Following the completion of the academic year and student film projects, DBIMA Paris Film School will be closed during August and September 2026 for the summer break.

We encourage all our students to enjoy this well-deserved holiday period, recharge their creative energy, and return with new perspectives, fresh ideas, and exciting stories to tell.

We look forward to welcoming everyone back for the start of the 2026–2027 academic year in October.
