DBIMA Film School is preparing to welcome students for the start of the 2026–2027 academic year, officially reopening its doors on October 5, 2026.

The upcoming academic year promises to be one of the most international and dynamic in the school’s history, with students expected to arrive from more than 25 countries across Europe, Asia, Africa, the Americas, and the Middle East.

This diverse student community will create a unique environment where aspiring filmmakers can learn, collaborate, and share stories from different cultures and perspectives.

For both new and returning students, the year will offer much more than classroom education. Through hands-on film production, industry workshops, collaborative projects, and multicultural teamwork, students will experience filmmaking in a truly international setting.

From script development and directing to cinematography, production, and post-production, students will gain practical experience while building lifelong professional and personal connections.

With more than 25 nationalities represented, the new academic year promises to be a truly global filmmaking experience—one that reflects the international nature of today’s film industry and prepares students for careers on a worldwide stage.

On October 5, 2026, DBIMA Film School will once again become a meeting point for the next generation of filmmakers from around the world, united by a shared passion for cinema, storytelling, and creativity.
